The Renishaw Estate Management Association (REMA) is a non-profit company that administers the greater Renishaw Estate, including Renishaw Hills. REMA promotes and protects the interests of property owners on the estate.
Membership will include all owners plus representatives of the developer, Renishaw Property Developments (Pty) Ltd, during the development period. An elected board of directors acts as the governing body.
The involvement of JSE-listed Crookes Brothers Limited infuses the administration with integrity, transparency and professionalism.
The Renishaw Hills Homeowners’ Association (RHHA), formed in terms of the Sectional Titles Act, protects the interests of Sectional Title Owners within the Renishaw Hills development.
General operating expenses of the village are funded by monthly, all-inclusive levies, payable by owners. A 20% plough back of the net enhanced value (profit) on resale of residences contributes towards a Levy Stabilisation Fund, which is specifically designed to provide a long-term stabilising effect on monthly levies, reducing the prospect of substantial increases.
