Whilst we’re not ones to brag, we couldn’t wait to share that we’d taken home an award for the third year running. The Excellence in Construction award for Apartment/Townhouse Building in the under R20 million category is one we certainly value as it is a testament to our promise of quality, value and affordability. “We do things right” has always been a motto of ours and it’s heartwarming to see our commitment to this recognised by the Master Builders Association. Previous awards include:

Our winning Type B Maisonette
The home that secured the win was in fact, our Type B Maisonette. This is made up of two 160m² and 170m² units that each consist of two bedrooms; a large open-plan living area opening onto a balcony or verandah with attached double garages. There are six of these units at Renishaw Hills which were completed between July 2018 and April 2019. What makes them so special? According to Nic Moussouris, “These maisonettes have a slightly more modern look which is quite different to the other units in the estate. With their lean-to roofs, unique cantilever-style balconies and the more typical open-plan living area, all add to the unit’s modern feel.”
