The team behind Renishaw Hills, a mature lifestyle development on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast, has grown in strength with the recent appointment of in-house sales’ consultant, Julieann Hampson.
The Mpambanyoni Conservation Development on the KwaZulu-Natal mid-South Coast is being driven by trusted South African developers, led by Renishaw Property Developments, a subsidiary of Crookes Brothers Limited, a well-established public company historically intertwined with the Scottburgh area.
We plan to start construction of the new tarred access road in March 2016. The road is over 3km long so this is a relatively major undertaking and is projected to be complete at the end of the year.
At its December Council meeting, Umdoni Municipality approved the entire Renishaw area for mixed-use development. This includes 25 hectares, which will become the Renishaw Hills mature lifestyle village. This approval follows the 2013 Environmental approval and the 2014 Department of Agriculture consent.
