Renishaw Hils

Renishaw Hills’ show house available for viewing this December

Interested parties are invited to attend the first show house of Renishaw Hills – the mature lifestyle development situated on the gorgeous KwaZulu-Natal South Coast – between 9am and 6pm from 16 to 18 December. The fully furnished, two-bedroom, two-bathroom show house is an excellent example of the architecturally-designed standalone units that will form part of the development. “Before construction had even started we were overwhelmed with the amount of interest Renishaw Hills had received,” said Phil Barker, managing director of Renishaw Property Developments, a subsidiary of the Crookes Brothers group. “All 27 freestanding houses which make up Phase 1 of the development have already been sold and we opened Phase 2 for sales at the beginning of November.” This second phase will include freestanding houses as well as maisonettes, consisting of two separate homes, one above the other, each with its own entrance. “The site of the development, within the stunning Mpambanyoni Conservation Development, means that residents will be in constant contact with nature while enjoying the modern conveniences of top-class retail facilities nearby,” explained Barker. “The development’s positioning and topographical layout also allows for the enjoyment of ocean, forest and wetland views.” Barker said the development, which is just inland of Scottburgh, promoted a community lifestyle with access to world-class healthcare service and facilities, all within a secure coastal village. “We want every Renishaw Hills’ resident to take advantage of the outdoor lifestyle that makes the South Coast such a sought-after destination,” said Barker. “To ensure this, the development boasts the latest in unobtrusive security with 24-hour perimeter surveillance.” Renishaw Hills will eventually consist of 340 houses, 170 apartments as well as open areas and communal facilities. It will form the first of a number of tasteful, interconnected residential and commercial developments set to unfold over the next two to three decades. Renishaw Property Development sales’ consultant, Julieann Hampson as well as the managing director, Phil Barker, will be on-hand at the show house in December to discuss any details of the development.
